When there are only two Metal stamping holes and pitch are important dimensions , the best stamping shape are as picture 1-1 showes.  However, for the better appearance, Picture 1-2 is looks better ,but the stamping is not as good as 1-1 due to easy deviation. The round head 1-3 is much more worse for deviation than 1-2. The situation is same for more complicated shape items (Pciture 1-4 )

When you need radius on the cornor,please keep in mind that don’t make the arc tangent to the streight lines. For examples 1-5 and 1-6 .
