Frankly speaking, this item is not made by us at the beginning. Our German customer were facing a lot of problems as above shows. And then, they found us through internet. They said their current supplier cannot improve the problems and have already give up.
Under this situation, we helped our customer. Finally,we solved all the problems for them and they feel very happy about our deep drawing quality.
The solutions
In order to solve the above problems, our technicians have taken a lot of efforts. First of all ,the deep drawing dies should be designed very precisely.Gap between upper and lower dies should be suitable for the material thickness. If too big, the stainless steel sheet will be easy to get Wrinkling. If too small, the sheet will be broken during the production.
As to deep drawing marks, we need to polish the dies very nicely.Otherwise, it’s very easy to get die marks. Also, we make production films on the material.
