The above gasket is made for our Japanese Customer,who are distributor for kitchen component supplier. This items is used for kitchen cabinet and always assemble with adjustable legs.It’s custom-made items and cannot sell them directly. We hereby is to show our ability in metal stamping.

- Made in stainless steel 304, because they are used in kitchen. the good material should be choose, at least, it should be stainless steel 304 with good anti-rust function and environmental friendly
- Thickness is 2 mm, many other thickness can be made ,even for 6 mm is acceptable.It depends on the project you need and where it to be used and how much power you required
- surface is electron-polish, which made it looks very shiny.
- The thread is W3/4, which assemble with thread bolt. the thread size can be customized too.
- It’s not one piece construction. The upper piece and lower piece is TIG welding.

The production process
- Blanking : cut the 2 mm thickness stainless steel into the size you need
- Bending: form the draft shape
- Burring: making the burring for the thread
- Welding: two piece welding together
- Finish: washing the items and then make polish
Of cause, the process is for reference only. Different items and shape require different process. If you have new items to be made by metal stamping ,please send us 2D or 3D drawing, we will analysis how to make them effectively with low cost.
