Advanced Production Equipment & Strong Capacity
We have a complete set of advanced production and processing equipment to support all custom metal part requirements, including mechanical presses (5T to 400T), hydraulic machines (315T, 700T), CNC shearing/lathing/milling/drilling machines, TIG/MIG welders, resistance spot welders, polishing and vibratory deburring machines, etc. Our independent stamping die development and design plant ensures fast customization of molds for stamping projects.
Our maximum production capacity covers: stamping size up to 1300mm(51″)X1000mm(40″), material thickness up to 12mm(0.47″), and deep draw depth up to 450mm(17.7″) — enough to meet the production needs of large-sized and high-precision metal parts.
