1.1.10 What is a Multi Station Transfer Dies

The multi process Dies are centrally arranged on a multi station transfer type automatic punch machine, and the punch machine is used to achieve automatic stamping through one reciprocating motion. This enables multiple sets of dies installed on the machine, such as blanking, punching, printing, bending, deep drawing, and edge cutting, to work at the same time. During the reciprocating cycle, the workpiece is sequentially transferred from the previous station to the next station to obtain a complete workpiece, which is called a multi station transfer dies. As shown in Figure 1-10, it is a multi-station transfer Dies for the battery case.
